What does the ceremony price
include?
The trio arrives approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony to set
up. The prelude music begins about 15-20 minutes before the ceremony
- this is usually when guests arrive. We then play during the
ceremony, and about 15 minutes after the ceremony as your guests are
ushered out.

When do I need to choose the
music?
To choose music, begin by listening to the recordings on our web
site. When choosing music from our samples, you can contact us with
your selections right up until the day of the wedding. We offer
suggestions for each part of your ceremony, however, all of the
pieces may be used in other parts of the ceremony if you wish.
Special requests may take anywhere from a day to a few months to
obtain the needed music - some pieces are easier than others for
music stores to order.

Can the trio choose the music for
the prelude and the postlude?
Yes. This makes it easy for us to keep playing until everyone is
ready for the ceremony to begin. If you have a favorite piece from
our samples just let us know - we'll include it before or after the
ceremony.

Does the trio accompany vocalists?
Yes. We need 3 copies of the piano score that matches the vocalist's
music. Sometimes this music needs to be purchased. Almost all scores
will work, however, we do check the scores ahead of time to make
sure they will work properly. A 15-minute run through of the vocal
music, immediately preceding the prelude, is included in the
ceremony price. If the vocalist needs additional rehearsal time, we
set up a time on a different day to rehearse. There is an extra
charge for this type of rehearsal.

How does the processional work?
The processional may contain 1 or 2 pieces of music.
One piece of music gives a continuous
flow to the processional and works well for small wedding parties or
short aisles. The officiant and the groom will walk to the front.
(The groomsmen may walk to the front with the groom, or may
accompany the bridesmaids down the aisle.) This is our cue to begin
the processional music. When the music begins, the bridesmaids enter
one at a time, followed by flower girls and ring bearers, and then
the bride. When the bride reaches the front, we find the most
convenient place in the music to stop.
Two pieces of music will set the
appearance of the bride apart and works well for large wedding
parties or long aisles. The officiant and the groom will walk to the
front. (The groomsmen may walk to the front with the groom, or may
accompany the bridesmaids down the aisle.) This is our cue to begin
the processional music. When the music begins, the bridesmaids enter
one at a time, followed by flower girls and ring bearers. Then we
end the first piece of music and begin the second piece. The bride
should wait at the back until she hears her music begin, and then
proceed in. When the bride reaches the front, we find the most
convenient place in the music to stop.

Our Flutist, Paula, has published a book!
God Signs & Dad Stories
Book Summary, written by Paula:
Several years ago I learned that self publishing was available, and thought that some day I should put together all of the stories that my Dad wrote himself about his life growing up in The Depression and sailing around the world during WW II. Little did I know that his stories would only be the first half of the book! When he passed away in 2012, we began receiving clear signs from God. Not only did I see them, but so did family and friends. We had around 21 "big signs", but then we kept receiving more and more, and I have not tried to count them all! One of my signs told me to write them down. So I did!
