About Us
Three friends from the
University of Minnesota formed the trio in 1989 under the name The
University Baroque Trio. As the members changed and graduated, the
trio developed into a professional ensemble. The Baroque Trio has
performed on the Festival of Music Concert Series at the Church of
the Epiphany, North Central University’s Faculty Recital Series, and
the Peavey Plaza Series for the Minnesota Orchestra’s Viennese
Sommerfest. In 1998 the trio played weekly for Sunday Brunches at
Edinburgh USA.
